Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Glovebox hire management software and related services (the “Service”) operated for New Zealand hire operators (cars, campervans, boats, bikes, equipment, and similar).
The Service
Glovebox is provided as-is and as available. We strive for reliability and security but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. You are responsible for using the Service in compliance with applicable law and your obligations to your customers.
Subscriptions and billing
Access to the Service is on a subscription basis, billed monthly in NZD unless otherwise agreed. You may cancel your subscription at any time subject to the billing cycle and any notice in your account settings.
Founding member pricing
If you qualify as a founding member, your founding member rate is locked for the life of that account, subject to these Terms and continued use of the Service in good standing. If we reasonably believe you have misused the offer or breached these Terms, we may adjust pricing or suspend access in line with our Termination section below.
Acceptable use
You must not use the Service for unlawful or fraudulent purposes, to harass others, or to circumvent security or fair-use limits. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or harm other users or the platform.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you breach these Terms, fail to pay amounts due, or where required by law. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that reasonably should survive (including liability limits where permitted) will survive termination.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. The New Zealand courts have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
